Accessing Your Web Hosting Account Control Panel (cPanel)
Logging into cPanel, Your Web Hosting Control Panel
Go to your website. After the “.com” (or .net, etc.) type in “/cpanel”.
Example: http://www.freedayauctions.com/cpanel
It will ask you for your cPanel username and password. The cPanel username and password is the same as the account FTP username and password for your website. This is supplied to you by your web hosting company - Effect Web Media.
The cPanel Menu
You are now in cPanel. This page will tell you current stats on Disk Space Usage, Bandwidth Usage, and other notable information regarding your web hosting account.
The Menu lets you access many different features for your account. You have the ability to setup email accounts, view webstats, edit your database(s), and many other options.
